Claire Calandra, Director

Ms. Calandra is the founder and principal of The CLC Group, LLC, a management consulting company specializing in strategy and corporate training. Additionally, she serves as a Clinical Professor at Rutgers Business School teaching Business Strategy, International Business and Principles of Management in the International Executive MBA (China and Singapore), Executive MBA, MBA and undergraduate programs.

Prior to 2002, Ms. Calandra was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of TyCom, Ltd., a $2.5 Billion publicly traded telecommunications company. In that role, she led the development, manufacture, installation and maintenance of undersea telecommunications systems among the world's continents. She also spent 14 years at AT&T, serving in a variety of legal and business positions, including Chief Counsel of two of AT&T's businesses, Chief of Staff to the Vice Chairman and Director of International.

Ms. Calandra has a Bachelor's degree from Douglass College, Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School.
