Does eZCom offer support?
Yes. eZCom prides itself on the quality of Customer Support that our clients receive. You can contact us either by calling our support telephone number, sending us an email, or creating a support request right from our application - whatever is convenient for you.

Will someone be there when I call?
Yes. We know how important it is to be able to reach a live person. You are already under enough pressure to get your merchandise to your customers, so we make sure we do our best to answer any questions you have quickly and precisely.

Are there extra charges for calling support?
No, there are no extra fees. All the support you need is included as part of your monthly fees.

How long will it take me to learn how to use your EDI application?
We have designed our EDI and e-commerce application to be easy to use. The screens are very intuitive, and most users learn everything they need to learn after a couple of times processing their EDI Documents. Even though you will learn Lingo quickly, our EDI and e-commerce Support Team is always available for you to call with any EDI or application-related questions.

Is Training Available?
Yes. We offer an array of free online training classes that help you learn all the aspects of how to use our application. In addition, we allocate members of our support team to “hold your hand” and walk you through use of the application as you process your first documents.
