Richard Cohan, E-Commerce Leader, Joins eZCom's Board
of Directors
Englewood, NJ, February 15, 2007 — eZCom Software, the leader in providing innovative e-commerce solutions for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) in the retail supply chain, today announced that e-commerce veteran Richard Cohan has joined eZCom’s board of directors. In his new position, Cohan will advise the company as it continues its rapid rate of growth.
Cohan is the principal at Larkspur Group, LLC, a healthcare and supply chain strategy consulting firm based in New Jersey. Cohan most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and President of ENABLE Corporation, a developer of supplier portals serving Fortune 500 companies like Best Buy, Verizon, and Abbott Laboratories. In his role as a direct competitor to eZCom Software, Cohan led ENABLE from its inception in 2004 through its sale last year to Internet Commerce Corporation. From 2001 to 2004, Cohan was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of eB2B Commerce, Inc., a publicly-traded provider of web-based supply chain solutions to domestic and international suppliers in various distribution supply chains.
