eZCom Elects Industry Veteran to Board of Directors
May 18, 2006 HACKENSACK, NJ -- eZCom Software Inc., a leading business-to-business solution provider of web-based EDI applications, today announced the election of Jonathan O. Katz to the eZCom Board of Directors. As the newest member of eZCom’s Board, Mr. Katz brings over 20 years of management experience in the business process, application development, and systems integration industry.

Mr. Katz began his career in sales and business management, and in 1987 was promoted to Vice President of Sales for Softext Publishing Corp, playing an integral part of their IPO and acquisition by MDS. In 1988 Mr. Katz co-founded and served as President and CEO of Omnitech, a leading provider of application and network solutions to the Fortune 500 marketplace. Maintaining a position on the Inc.500 fastest growing private companies list for 8 years, Omnitech grew to over 150 employees and $50M in sales by the time the Company was sold to Atlantic Ventures in 2000.
