EZCOM RECEIVES 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
FROM 2008 CUSTOMER SURVEY RESULTS
ENGLEWOOD, NJ, MAY 20, 2008 – eZCom Software Inc., the leader in providing innovative ecommerce solutions for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) in the retail supply chain, today announced the results from the Company’s 2008 Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The results of this latest customer survey are reflective of the Company’s less than 1% rate of attrition due to competitive reasons. 100% of customers surveyed indicate that eZCom as a company meets their expectations, of which 87% state that eZCom exceeds their expectations. When evaluating eZCom’s application Lingo™, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), 100% of customers surveyed specify that Lingo meets their expectations with 82% indicating the overall application exceeds their expectations. eZCom’s Customer Support Team received 100% customer satisfaction, of which 97% of customers state eZCom’s support exceeds their expectations.
