Price
As you compare e-commerce solution
to e-commerce solution, you'll notice that different providers
charge in different ways. Some charge by file size and some
charge by the number of documents you send and receive. The
definition of what is considered a document also varies. All
these factors can create confusion and make it difficult to
determine the most cost-effective solution.
At eZCom, we are neither the most
expensive on the market, nor the cheapest. We offer a pricing
model that's easy to feel good about - a high quality application
that ensures your data integrity delivered through the most
affordable means possible.
In most cases we will charge by transaction. A transaction
is each document you send or receive. For example, if you were
to receive a purchase order and then send back an invoice, that
would constitute 2 transactions. Since there is no software
to purchase, we request a nominal monthly minimum that includes
a base number of transactions. The only additional fees are
one-time startup charges for each of the Trading Partners you
add, and much like our monthly hosting fees, these startup fees
are nominal.
We also do not charge for yearly maintenance or support. You
can call our customer service team as often as you need. With
