    I prematurely sent an ASN to my retailer, what can I do??

    Hey Charlie,

    Once an ASN is sent, you can’t “undo” it. If you have sent an ASN and then realized there is an error, you should contact the retailer for guidance. If they instruct you to correct and resend the ASN, contact Support for assistance.

    You should not resend documents without approval from the retailer, as this can lead to chargebacks.
